• Application means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named SubCore

• Application Store means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the Application has been downloaded

• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to SubCore Team

• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet

• Service refers to the Application

• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

SubCore offers subscription-based access to premium features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings.

All payments are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their terms and conditions.

Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy. The Company does not directly process refunds.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation

• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks

• To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

• To use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SubCore and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

SubCore is designed for wellness and personal development purposes. The app provides affirmations, meditation guidance, and mindfulness techniques.

The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals regarding any health concerns.

Do not use the Service while driving, operating machinery, or in any situation where your full attention is required for safety.

Use audio features at appropriate volumes to protect your hearing. The Company is not responsible for any hearing damage that may result from improper use.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.

The entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service.

The Company provides no warranty that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
